Abstract: This collection of forty speaking activities for lower-level learners provides students with the Motivation and Support they need to communicate in English. Activities include interviews, quizzes, ranking exercises, 'spot the difference' games and class Surveys, covering Topics commonly taught at Common European Framework Levels A1 and A2. Teen-friendly Topics give students a reason to speak and 'Useful Language' boxes and vocabulary Input provides the Tools for them to do so. A mixture of pairwork, groupwork and class mingling activities provides flexibility for teachers and their classes.
